I went this audio shop to have a stereo and back camera installed in my car. The installation was done terribly, and they charged me a lot. The work was extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Disappointing experience!

David was extremely helpful with our 2014 Jeep Patriot. I was seen the same day and he told us 2-3 hour wait but he was completely done in less than an hour. Fast service and very professional. True and honest pricing. Thank you for all your help and explanation of systems.

Went in for an add alarm to my Compustar remote start and was informed that it wasn’t compatible. Contacted the manufacturer and informed it could be done. Went to another shop, told actually compatible and had completed. Went back to let the owner who told me it couldn’t be done and looked like it didn’t matter. Was just concerned about beating me out of my money and not thinking I’d be smart enough to research it. Never will do business here again!

I had a very disappointing experience with this shop. I brought my truck in for a simple radio installation, and shortly after, my truck completely shut off while driving. All the warning lights came on, the gauges spiked, and it died in the middle of the road. We had it towed to a certified mechanic who confirmed the issue was caused by the installation — wiring that should not have been altered was changed, leading to an electrical failure. When I contacted the shop, they denied any responsibility even though the mechanic’s assessment clearly pointed to the radio wiring as the cause. This mistake left me stranded, without a working vehicle, and now dealing with repair costs that should never have existed. I strongly recommend that anyone considering services here get clear proof of what is being done and think twice before trusting them with your vehicle’s electrical system. I’m hoping they take accountability and reimburse the damages caused, but until then, I cannot recommend them. Customers deserve a shop that values honesty and takes responsibility when they make a mistake

Stay as far away from this place as you can. I paid to have a Pioneer touchscreen installed here less than a year ago. The experience started with the employee sleeping in a chair in the store when I walked I, when I inquired about the price of the unit, he just made up a number, as no prices are posted In the store. He tried to add more when I asked how much the install was. After we worked out a number I made the poor decision to let them go ahead with the install as my stereo was not functioning. Well the unit has lasted less than a year, and they only give a 3 month warranty. I have purchased another unit and my installer sent me pictures from Gorillas install. Make your own case.
